What this site collects

If you submit the assessment form, I receive what you typed into it: your name, work email, company, website, the situation you selected, your budget indication if you gave one, your description of the process, your timeframe, and any link you chose to share.

Alongside that I store how you arrived: the campaign parameters in the URL you landed on, if any, and the domain that referred you. Not the full referring URL, just the domain.

What analytics sees

Vercel Analytics currently records aggregate page views. The site contains a privacy-safe event layer for understanding form completion, but it is not connected to a production event-analytics provider yet.

When event analytics is enabled, it will receive identifiers, categories, coarse bands, and counts only. It will not receive your name, email address, company, anything typed into a free-text field, or any link you share. The analytics layer accepts a fixed set of non-personal properties so this boundary is enforced in code.

Error monitoring

Sentry is used to detect and diagnose faults. Session replay is sampled and configured to mask all text and inputs, so form contents are not captured.

What is stored on your device

Two things. Campaign and referrer information, so a submission weeks later can be connected to how you first found the site. And a draft of the assessment form between its three steps, so a mistake does not cost you what you already entered. The draft is cleared on submission and never leaves your browser until you submit.

How it is used

To reply to you and to assess whether the work is a fit. Nothing more. Your details are not sold, shared, or added to a marketing list, and you will not receive a newsletter you did not ask for.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. You can request deletion at any time, without needing a reason.
