Process Audit & Solution Blueprint
One process, examined against how the work actually runs rather than a generic checklist. The result is a decision document specific enough to implement: what belongs in dependable software, where AI genuinely helps, what stays with a person, and what should be left alone entirely.
The Audit & Blueprint is a standalone deliverable built from your actual process. You own it and may use it with any capable implementation team. Continuing into implementation is optional, and the document is written so that it stays useful if you choose someone else, or choose to do nothing for a while.
This is why the fee is fixed rather than a range. The scope is one process, so the price does not need to move, and a range would only invite negotiation on work whose boundaries are already set.

This is not a whole-company transformation audit. At this price it covers one bounded process, examined properly. A company-wide review is a different piece of work and should be priced as one.
You may also not need it. If the path is already clear after the first conversation, we can go straight to implementation and skip this entirely. See where it sits in the wider process.
