Property Management Portal for Short-Term Rentals

An operations portal for a short-term rental management company running on Google Sheets and Drive. Bookings, units, transactions, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and owner reporting were spread across files that only worked if you knew which one was current. The portal reads and writes the same Sheets the team already relied on, so nothing had to be migrated and nobody had to be retrained.

A booking calendar showing availability and reservations across units.
An operations calendar scheduling cleaning and maintenance against each stay.
Cleaning and maintenance sit on the same calendar as the bookings that create them.
Monthly owner reports, generated from the same records rather than assembled by hand.
The transactions list, reconciling income and costs per unit.
